World Schools & Parli Bootcamp

2-Day Online Workshop | August 8th ~ 9th 

12 hours of instruction | Sat-Sun 11AM-5PM EST​

Class Size: 8-14 students

Open to: 6th-12th grade debaters (all debate backgrounds welcome!)

Space is limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis!

Syllabus

Live Practice Rounds

 

All students receive the opportunity to engage in practice debates on WUDC topics. Rounds are judged by our expert instructors, who provide extensive strategy & structured round feedback. 

​

  • Rounds are power paired based on skill level, so that students debate in high-quality, educational rounds with peer competitors.

  • Debaters will receive the opportunity to try out their own cases and receive detailed feedback; Demo debate materials (cases, block documents, etc.) will also be distributed to students for drills & analysis.

  • Instructors will lead students through structured “redo” speeches, so that students make steady progress on debate skills learned in camp.

Our goal is to provide an high quality, affordable debate education for all. We hope to make Chicago Debate Academy accessible to as many students as possible!

 

CDA offers need-based financial aid ranging from 10% – 100% of the full program cost for prospective students whose financial circumstances prevent them from meeting the full cost of the program.
